Isadore "Corporal Izzy" Schwartz ("Izzy Schwarts; the "Ghetto Midget"; October 23, 1900, in New York, New York – July 1988) was an American boxer.[1] Schwartz was (New York) World Flyweight Champion from 1927 to 1929. Schwartz was inducted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 1998.[2]
