International Schools Group (ISG) is a district of accredited international schools providing American and British education to expatriate families and national students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ISG currently operates seven schools in the Kingdom, of which one, Yanbu International School, is located in the Western Province with the remaining six schools located in the Eastern Province: Dhahran British Grammar School, Dhahran Elementary/Middle School, Dhahran High School (formerly Dhahran Academy), ISG Dammam (formerly Rahima Academcy), ISG Jubail (formerly Jubail Academy) and Sara Village School.[1]

ISG is a ‘not-for-profit’ school district founded in 1962 with only 6 students on what was then called the Consular Academy. Schools are categorized into three divisions: American, British and International and are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) and the Council of International Schools (CIS) depending upon the curriculum offered.

Schools are coeducational day schools delivering preschool/prereception to grade 12 and Key Stage Four programs for expatriate children and Saudi nationals. In 2011, ISG's Dhahran Baccalaureate Centre became an official IB World School. ISG students may pursue Advanced Placement (AP) college preparatory courses or elect to pursue an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The District is governed by a 12-member Board of Trustees and is licensed by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education.

ISG hires outstanding teachers with proven teaching skills and currently employs over 300 teachers with nearly 3,500 students. Students represent over 40 nationalities and are accepted by some of the world's most prestigious colleges and universities. The incredible diversity of third culture students and staff fosters a unique culture of caring and acceptance to support learning.

School facilities are excellent with outstanding technology resources, spacious student activity facilities, and well equipped classrooms. Quality extra-curricular programs in a wide-variety of athletic, artistic and academic-based programs support student development with annual opportunities for student travel also provided.
