InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 is an InterContinental hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is located on the top floors of Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. At 346 meters, it is the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia and one of tallest hotels in the world.
The hotel project has been postponed.
Location
InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 is located in the center of the new West Hanoi business district, near the Nation Convention Center and Hanoi Museum. Part of the Landmark 72 complex, the hotel commences from the 61st to the 71st floor of the tallest skyscraper in Vietnam.
Facilities
At 346 meters height, the hotel is listed at number 9 on World's 10 highest hotel with data from Emporis.[1]
InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 offers 359 guest rooms including 34 suites. All rooms features floor to ceiling glass windows, separate bathtub and walk-in shower as well as complimentary high-speed wireless internet.
The hotel has the largest meeting and event facilities in Hanoi, able to can cater up to 1200 delegates with 14 function rooms with natural daylight, a 920sqm grand ballroom and 1020sqm of foyer area. All housed on a dedicated meetings and events floor with separate entrance and parking.

The All day dining restaurant Market 62 features a Gourmet selection of appetizers, seafood, grills, noodles and pastries prepared live from our 5 open interactive kitchens distinctive Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese section, as well as western and South East Asian cuisines.
Cai Feng Lou - serves authentic Chinese cuisines, with a contemporary flair in service, presentation and ambiance. Available to seat up to 200 guests, with an additional 11 private dining rooms.
Bar Cru - The highest bar in Hanoi offering a high-end selection of spirits, single malts, wines and champagnes all combined with Live DJ on a daily basis.
The Atrium lobby lounge located inside the hotel’s atrium with a glass roof. The Atrium offers a variety of tea and coffee selection, high tea variety throughout the afternoons combined with fresh home made sandwiches and pastries and a wide selection of wine, beers, cocktails during the evening with live entertainment.
