In Sin We'll Find Salvation is the debut full-length studio album by Israeli death/thrash metal band The Fading.
The album was recorded with producer Pelle Saether (Ebony Tears, Carnal Forge, Necrodeath) at Studio Underground in Västerås, Sweden, in January 2009. It was then mixed and mastered by famed producer and Scar Symmetry guitarist Jonas Kjellgren, at his Abyss Studios. Artwork for the album was provided by talented British artist Colin Marks (Nevermore, Strapping Young Lad, Aborted).
The album was released in a special release by Wacken Records on July 31, 2009 in Germany, during the Wacken Open Air metal festival, followed by a release in European retailers on August 3, 2009,[4] with a special release show in Tel Aviv, Israel, in March 2010.[5]
Three tracks on the album: "One Step to Drama", "When Dream Meets Reality" and "Destination, Life", all previously appeared on the EP Chaos in Flesh, but were re-recorded especially for the album. It was the band's first recording with guitarist Paul Mitiyanine who joined in late 2007.
Guest musicians on the album include a guest solo by Swedish producer and guitarist Jonas Kjellgren (who mixed and mastered the album), on the track "Confront Myself", and a piano track by Acropolis keyboardist Alex Karlinsky on the track "Beyond Perfection".
The album was released in the band's homeland country Israel, on March 27, 2010.
On November 26, 2010, a music video was released for the first single off the album, "The Sin Collector".[6]
