History
Impellam Group was formed in May 2008.[2] 2014: - Acquired Career Teachers - Acquired Lorien Limited, a UK-based technology staffing firm, for an initial cash consideration of £22.3 million and £7.5 million in new ordinary shares.
2015: Acquisition of Bartech Holding Corporation and Trading
