Ilie Bărbulescu (born 24 June 1957 in Piteşti) is a Romanian former football player, who was a member of Steaua Bucureşti's winning squad for the European Cup in 1986 and for the European Supercup in 1987. He is currently coaching young footballers at Steaua.

Bărbulescu played for FC Argeş Piteşti at various levels between 1971 and 1982, FC Olt Scorniceşti (1982–1983), Petrolul Ploieşti (1984), Steaua (1984–1987), again for Petrolul (1987) and FC Argeş Piteşti (1987–1988), Dacia Piteşti (1988–1989) and Callatis Mangalia (1990–1991). He also won five caps for the Romanian national team.

On 25 March 2008 he was decorated by the president of Romania, Traian Băsescu with Ordinul "Meritul Sportiv" — (The Order "The Sportive Merit") class II for his part in winning the 1986 European Cup Final.
