"I Lost It" is a song written by Jimmy Olander of Diamond Rio and Neil Thrasher, and recorded by American country music artist Kenny Chesney. It was released in August 2000 as the first new single from his Greatest Hits album. It peaked at number 3 in late-2000. Pam Tillis provides background vocals for the song.[1]

Music video

The music video was directed by Martin Kahan, and is entirely in black and white. It was shot on location at the Westin Resort, in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
