iSelect Limited (also known as iSelect) is an Australian online comparison company that operates in the health, car insurance, household utilities, and financial industries.[7] iSelect (listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as ISU:AU) was co-founded in 2000 by Damien Michael Trevor Waller and David Urpani and currently headquartered in Cheltenham, Victoria.[8][9]
Company profile
iSelect is an online comparison service that compares insurance, household utilities and personal finance products. The Company operates in two segments: health and car insurance, household utilities and financial services. The first segment offers comparison and referral services across private health insurance and car insurance categories while the second segment and the financial component offer comparison and referral services across a range of household utilities and personal financial products. The iSelect group manages iSelect and InfoChoice and a team of hundreds of Australian-based distant advisors. iSelect employs more than 500 persons including seven executives in its leadership team and 23 managers.[10][4] In particular, BRW Rich Lister Shaun Bonett, was one of the iSelect original investors, directors and Chairman of nominations and remuneration committees.
