Hyposmocoma vicina is a species of moth of the Cosmopterigidae family. It is endemic to Oahu. The type locality are the Waianae Mountains, where it was collected on an altitude of 1,700 feet.
It was discovered on the trunks of more or less decayed Acacia koa.
