Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary organization with the headquarters located at Kowloon Tong. HKPC was established in 1967 according to the "Hong Kong Productivity Council Ordinance" which aims at promoting and assisting Hong Kong business sectors through the introduction of more efficient and updated business and technological methods.

Every year, HKPC and its subsidiaries provide a diverse range of consultancy and technological development services in manufacturing technology, information technology, environmental technology and management systems to more than 3,000 companies from different industrial and commercial sectors.

HKPC established mainland consulting subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou to serve Hong Kong–owned SMEs in China.

HKPC is governed by a 23-member Council with representatives from managerial, labour, academic, professional interests and government departments concerned with productivity issues.
