Holy Cross Convent School is a private school affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Students pay fees for classes from nursery to 4th grade. However, students are not charged fees from grade 5th to 10th as they are funded by government grants.
Headmistresses are Sister Julie of Pre-Primary and Primary school and Sister Pushpa Of High school.

House system
The school is organized into three houses, namely - Blue, Green and Yellow. Students wear red ties with their house stripes as a matter of pride and distinction within the school.
Each house is headed by a Head - Captain and a Vice-Captain, elected by the staff members.
Each house participates in events ranging from literary to sports. Points are awarded based on the house's performance in academics and things like cleanliness, discipline and so on. On Annual Sports Day, each house participates in sporting events.The House that earns the maximum points is awarded the trophy.
