Holmesburg Junction Station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station at Rhawn and Decatur Streets, in the Holmesburg neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The station is in zone 2 on the SEPTA Trenton Line, on the Amtrak Northeast Corridor, and is 13.1 track miles from Suburban Station. At Holmesburg Junction the Bustleton Branch of the railroad splits from the main tracks and runs to the interior of Northeast Philadelphia. In 2004, this station saw 436 boardings on an average weekday. Amtrak does not stop at this station.
