Hilary Rudolph Robert Blood
Sir Hilary Rudolph Robert Blood (1893 – 20 Jun 1967) was Governor of the Gambia from 23 March 1942 to 29 March 1947 and the 26th Governor of Mauritius from 26 Sep 1949 to 11 Jan 1954.[1]
