Bulge debate
A picture[3] of Rummel on the podium during the 2012 Summer Olympics shows a bulge in his pants which sparked a debate and many internet memes. Rummel was also the brunt of segments on the Colbert Report[4] and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart[5]
