Hannu Juhani Siitonen (born 18 March 1949 in Parikkala) is a former athlete from Finland who mainly competed in the men's javelin throw event.
He competed for Finland at the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada where he won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw event.
