Haley Georgia (born August 11, 1994) is an American country artist, who was a former American Idol contestant, where this caught the attention of EMI Records Nashville, while her first single, "Ridiculous", was released during the summer of 2015. In December 2015, she was selected to be in Spotify's Spotlight on Country. On December 18, 2015, Georgia released Pretty Girls Mixtape.[1]
Early and personal life
Georgia was born on August 11,[2][3] 1994.[3][4] She considers herself to be a Houston, Texas-native.[5]
Music career
Georgia's professional music career started, when she was on American Idol, during the 12th season, in 2013.[5] This appearance and exposure caught the attention of EMI Records Nashville, where they signed her to a record deal in April 2015.[6] Her first single, "Ridiculous", was released during the summer of that year.[7][8][9]
In December 2015, she was selected to be in Spotify's 'Spotlight on Country.' On December 18, 2015, EMI Records Nashville released Pretty Girls Mixtape.
