Hakim Toumi
Hakim Toumi (Arabic: الحكيم التومي; born January 30, 1961 in Algiers, Algiers Province) is a retired male hammer thrower from Algeria.
Toumi twice represented his native country at the Summer Olympics: 1984 and 1988. He set his personal best distance of 74.76 metres on August 8, 1998 in Algiers.
