Hajjiabad Industrial Estate (Persian: شهرک صنعتي حاجي آباد – Shahrak-e Şanʿatī Ḩājjīābād)[1] is a company town and village in Lajran Rural District, in the Central District of Garmsar County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 14, in 4 families.[2]
