HD 92397, also called t² Carinae (t² Car), is a binary star in the constellation Carina. It is approximately 1850 light years from Earth.

The primary component, t² Carinae A, is an orange K-type giant with an apparent magnitude of +4.69. Its companion, t² Carinae B, is a white A-type main sequence dwarf with an apparent magnitude of +8.2. The two stars are separated by 14.5 arcseconds.
