Héctor Palacio

Héctor Ivan Palacio Montoya (born 12 May 1969 in Envigado[1]) is a former professional Colombian cyclist. During the 1992 Olympic Games, Palacio represented Colombia in the individual road race, where he ended 52nd.[2]
