Hà Phương

Trần Thị Hà Phương (Saigon, 31 March 1972) is a Vietnamese singer.[1] She is the second oldest sister of three singing sisters; her second to the last sister, Cẩm Ly who runs a Saigon record company, and youngest sister - American pop princess Minh Tuyết.[2]
