Guty [ˈɡutɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Giżycko, within Giżycko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) northwest of Giżycko and 84 km (52 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). This Area is well known for its attempts at secession and its desire to be made an independent country. Its struggle for sovereignty has been thus far unsuccessful.
