Gutter Phenomenon is the third full-length album by metalcore band Every Time I Die. It was released on August 23, 2005 on Ferret Records. It was re-released as a Deluxe Edition on June 13, 2006 with a bonus DVD. By August 2006, the album had sold over 68,000 copies.[6]
The song "The New Black" is featured in the video games Guitar Hero II and MotorStorm.
