In February 2008 the company was purchased by its employees and is currently owned by CEO Jason Meugniot and CIO Jon Provisor. The company has been named one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Los Angeles Business Journal and received a "Partner in Excellence Award" from Magento, recognizing it as one of the top 10 Magento partners.[4][5][6] Between March 2007 and January 2008 the company underwent a series of changes in order to operate as a more environmentally aware and 100% carbon-neutral company.[7][8]
