Greenland Group

Greenland Group is China's largest real estate developer. It is state-owned.[1]

It was created in 1992 to develop green belts around Shanghai.[2] As of 2014, it has recently started or joined major development projects in cities outside China including Metropolis Los Angeles in Los Angeles,[2] Greenland Centre Sydney in Sydney, Atlantic Yards in New York,[3] and a 241-meter residential skyscraper in the London Docklands.[4]
