The Greenfield School was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.[2]
History
The school originally opened as an elementary school.[3] It was later converted into a high school. After closing as a school, it served as the School District Maintenance Department until a new building was constructed.
It became the West Allis Historical Museum in 1966, which is operated by the West Allis Historical Society.
