Grand Cinemas is a movie theatre chain operating in the Middle East. In May 2014, the UAE branches of Grand Cinemas were rebranded as Novo Cinemas.
History
The Grand Cinemas brand name was launched in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2000.
Established in 1989 in UAE, Gulf Film was acquired in 2011 by Qatar Media Services (q.media). The Grand Cinemas UAE operation is owned by Gulf Film and was relaunched as Novo Cinemas on May 6, 2014.
