Graeme Payne (born 13 February 1956 in Dundee) is a Scottish former footballer who played as a winger and was the first winner of the Scottish PFA Young Player of the Year award.
His brother Kenny was also a professional footballer, who played for Arbroath and Forfar Athletic.[2][3][4]
