Gordon Ogilvie (priest)

Gordon Ogilvie (born 22 August 1942) was Archdeacon of Nottingham from 1996[1] until 2006.[2]

Ogilvie was educated at Hillhead High School, the University of Glasgow and ordained in 1968. After a curacy at Ashtead he was Vicar of New Barnet from 1972 until 1980 when he became Director of Pastoral Studies at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. In 1989 he became Team Rector of Harlow, apost he held until his appointment as Archdeacon. [3]
