Gmina Ząbkowice Śląskie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ząbkowice Śląskie, which lies approximately 63 kilometres (39 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 146.88 square kilometres (56.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 23,162 (out of which the population of Ząbkowice Śląskie amounts to 16,242, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,920).
