Gmina Kulesze Kościelne is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kulesze Kościelne, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Wysokie Mazowieckie and 46 km (29 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of 115.45 square kilometres (44.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,361.
