Gert Mittring
Gert Mittring (born in Stuttgart on May 26, 1966) is a German mental calculator. He was an inspired by the late Wim Klein.[1] He won the MSO mental calculation gold medal in every year from 2004 to 2012, withholding 2008.[2] He has held world records for mental calculation in the past. He has doctorates in psychology and education. He solves problems through an algorithmic basis. Mittring is said to have been poor in math during his school years,[3] although this was not confirmed by a former school mate from elementary school.
