German Silicon Valley
German Silicon Valley may refer to various technology clusters and associations in Germany.
The largest number of startup companies and venture capital investments is at Berlin ("Silicon Allee"), while the largest e-businesses and software companies of the country are mostly concentrated within the "IT-Cluster" at Rhine-Main-Neckar metropolitan region (especially Karlsruhe).
