George M. Wyckoff, Jr.

George M. Wyckoff, Jr. (?-2003) was the mayor of Cumberland, Maryland from 1982 to 1988.[1] His Tenure was mixed and controversial especially his decision to raise taxes in a City that lost Kelly Springfield Tires as an employer in a closure in 1987.
