George Franklin Giles (born May 2, 1909 and died March 3, 1992) was a Negro Leagues First baseman in the latter part of the first Negro National League. He started with Gilkerson's Union Giants[1] at the age of 17, and signed with the Kansas City Monarchs[2] at the age of 18. The last known team he played for was the Satchel Paige All Stars of 1939.

Giles' grandson, Brian Giles, was a second baseman for the New York Mets of the National League in the early 1980s.[4]
