Genome Compiler

Genome Compiler is an advanced genetic design software produced by Genome Compiler Corporation,[1] headed by CEO Omri Amirav-Drory and co-founders Nir Ben Moshe, Yogev Debbi and Roy Nevo.[2] Genome Compiler's software is an all-in-one platform for life scientists in the genetic engineering, molecular biology and synthetic biology fields, and provides a comprehensive tool for DNA design & visualization, data management, collaboration and seamless DNA ordering. Genome Compiler is free for academia users, available online and in a downloadable version and compatible to Windows and Mac. The software was prevalent in mainstream media in May 2013 due to its association with a Kickstarter initiative to create glowing plants[3] with synthetic biology.

Genome Compiler is designed to make the researchers' life easier. The software streamlines the research process by providing one platform for all needs - from DNA design to seamless DNA ordering through one platform. Genome Compiler combines its design platform with the capabilities of the Amyris DNA construction platform in a new revolutionary service.

Genome Compiler software is utilized by pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, and clinical researchers in more than 1,500 cities worldwide.
