The Peru marsupial frog (Gastrotheca peruana) is a species of frog in the Hemiphractidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, and urban areas.[1]
It is kept as a pet.[1]
