Gaëtan Bong (born 25 April 1988) is a Cameroonian professional footballer who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion as a defender.
Career
Bong began his career on youthside for FC Metz and was loaned out for the 2008–09 season to Ligue 2 club Tours FC. On 29 July 2009, the 21-year-old Cameroonian defender left FC Metz to sign a four-year deal with Valenciennes FC.
On 19 of August 2013 he signed a contract with Olympiacos.
On 2 February 2015, Bong signed for English club Wigan Athletic on a short-term contract.[1] He was released at the end of the season following Wigan's relegation from the Championship.[2]
