GIFT Diamond Tower is a skyscraper approved for Gujarat International Finance Tec-City in Gandhinagar in the Indian state of Gujarat. The complex is expected to be completed by 2017 and will consist of the 410-metre (1,350 ft) Diamond Tower[1] and the core CBD of GIFT, comprising a total of 2,400,000 m2 (25,800,000 sq ft). Already, 1,400,000 m2 (15,000,000 sq ft) of the floorspace of this first phase has already been secured by a host of national and international companies, with MOUs for the other 10 million in the works.
