GE Oil and Gas

GE Oil & Gas is an oil and gas services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is a subsidiary of General Electric.

History

In 1994, General Electric acquired the Italian oil and gas services company, Nuovo Pignone.^[1]

In 2015 the company closed a foundry division in Lufkin, Texas, laying off 176 workers.^[2][3]
