Futian Station (Chinese: 福田站; pinyin: Fútián Zhàn; literally: "Lucky Field Station") is a station of the Shenzhen Metro located at the junction of Fuzhong Sanlu (Chinese: 福中三路) and Shennan Dadao (Chinese: 深南大道), Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This metro rail station is part of the large underground station in Futian, comprising the second underground level. The third underground level of the station serves high speed intercity trains, which level is described in Futian Railway Station.
Connection to Futian Railway Station
Since December 2015,[1] this station has been part of the first underground high speed railway station on a long-distance line in China, Futian Railway Station. It serves as an interchange station between the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (Chinese: 广深港高速铁路), Shenzhen Metro Shekou Line (Chinese: 蛇口线), and Longgang Line (Chinese: 龙岗线).[2][3]
The station serves the commuter Line 3 (Longgang Line), Line 2 (Shekou Line), and will serve the future express Airport Line.[3]
