Freemans Reach is a town in New South Wales, Australia. Freemans Reach is located 65 kilometres north-west of Sydney in the local government area of the City of Hawkesbury. It is bounded in the south by the Hawkesbury River.
Population
At the 2011 census, there were 2,126 residents in Freemans Reach. The majority of people (83.8%) were Australian-born, with the most common ancestries being Australian 34.1%, English 27.9% and Maltese 7.3%. Almost all of the 708 occupied dwellings were separate houses (98.3%), with a total of just 11 properties being other types of dwellings.[1]
