Frankie Mariano is an English rugby league player of Cape Verdean descent[2][3] who currently plays for Castleford Tigers in the Super League.[4] He previously played for Hull Kingston Rovers and Wakefield Wildcats. His position is second-row.
Playing career
Mariano made his first team debut for Hull Kingston Rovers in 2009 in the Challenge Cup round 5 victory over Sheffield Eagles which Hull KR won 34-24. He moved to Wakefield Wildcats in 2011 and spent three years at the club, before joining Castleford Tigers in 2014. On the 16th of May 2014, Frankie's excellent form to start the season saw him sign 2-year deal to stay with the Tigers.[5][6] He featured for the Tigers in the 2014 Challenge Cup final.
