Fran Millar (born December 9, 1949) is an American politician. He is a member of the Georgia State Senate from the 40th District, serving since 2010. He is a member of the Republican party.^[1]

Senator Millar believes that Medicaid expansion under Obamacare will ultimately happen in Georgia.^[2]
