The four-coloured bushshrike (Telophorus viridis) is a species of bird in the Malaconotidae family. It is found in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Somalia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Many authorities consider the Gorgeous Bushshrike to be the nominate subspecies. Others consider both to be distinct species, in which case this species takes on the scientific name Telophorus quadricolor, the group having been distinguished at a later time.
