Fonturacetam hydrazide (previously known as phenylpiracetam hydrazide) is a nootropic that adds a hydrazide group to fonturacetam (INN)[1] and has been sold online as a designer drug. According to user reports it is a more stimulating and potent version of fonturacetam.[2]
