Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato is an Italian regional bank based in San Miniato, in the Province of Pisa, Tuscany.

Various banks became a minority owner of the saving bank, namely Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena in 1999 (25%), and currently insurance company Cattolica Assicurazioni. Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato (The bank foundation) through direct and indirectly ownership (Grifoni CRSM S.p.A.), currently holds 54.77% shares of San Miniato Saving Bank.

Minority interests

The bank owned a minority interests 20% shares of Cassa di Risparmio di Volterra, with an additional 5% owned by the bank foundation of San Miniato.[2]
