State Road 373 (SR 373) is an east–west route in Tallahassee, Florida, along Orange Avenue between State Road 371 and State Road 61.
The route continues eastwards along Orange Avenue as County Road 373 until it reaches Blair Stone Road, which it turns north onto and runs reaching US 27/Apalachee Parkway.
A spur route, State Road 373A, formerly ran south along Springhill Road (County Road 2203) to State Road 267 in Wakulla County.
