Flik 10 (Hungarian: 10. repülőszázad) was an air force company of the Austro-Hungarian Airforce during the First World War.
History
Flik 10 was one of the first established air companies of the empire. Just before the World War begun, after the Russian Empire had entered the war, the third, fifth, seventh, eighth and eleventh air force companies were reclassified. The Flik 10 was sent to Russian territory after the entrance into the war, in Italy.[1] There ware two famous pilots in the company, Otto Jäger and Karl Urban, both of which were killed in the war. At the end of the war neither Austria nor Hungary was allowed to maintain an air force, so this kind of flight was removed from the militaries.
