Fermina Express (FermEx) is a Philippines commuter bus company with city and provincial operations. Its Metro Manila service ply the EDSA corridor.

It connects Cubao and Pasay to the cities of Dagupan and San Carlos in Pangasinan. There is also a daily trip to Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija Via Paniqui, Tarlac. The bus line uses NLEX en route north, with a stop-over at Mabalacat Transport Terminal (Dau). Connecting via SCTEX, the bus exits at Concepcion then towards Tarlac City with another stop-over along MacArthur Highway. The bus then proceeds to its final destination.

Fermina also serves as a commuter bus for the residents of highly populated towns and cities of central Pangasinan utilizing ordinary fare and air-conditioned buses. Minimum fare is P20 for intra-provincial air-condition commuter trips (i.e. Bayambang-Malasiqui).

The main bus station is located at 832 Aurora Boulevard Corner Driod, Immaculate Conception, Quezon City. It also has a terminal in Pasay along EDSA.

Its provincial route has been recently taken over by JAC Liner Inc.

Bus conductors use a hand-held device to issue electronic printout tickets.
